Daily Points - Each Day 20 Points Are Possible

1 - Positive Self Talk, Believe in Your Ability to Do It!

1 - Read or Meditate 10 Minutes a Day

1 - Take Your Vitamins/Supplements

1 - Be Accountable to Yourself or Someone Supportive

1 - Eat Every 2-3 Hours, Don't Skip Meals

1 - Be Mindful of the Calories you're taking in

1 - Eat at LEAST One Raw Fruit AND Vegetable a Day

2 - Eat Only Whole Grains - No Refined Foods

2 - No Sugar or Junk Food

1 - No Fried, Greasy or Fatty Unhealthy Foods

1 - Drink At Least 64 oz Of Water

3 - Up to 3 Points Per Day For Exercise (20 min. = 1 pt.)

1 - Don't Eat For At Least 3 Hours Before Going To Bed

2 - Get Enough Sleep (you know what that is for you)
